From June 1 – August 31, we invite the Gratitude community to commit to consistency, movement, breath, and presence through the busiest and most distracting season of the year.
Because while summer brings sunshine, travel, and spontaneity… it can also pull us away from the routines that help us feel our best.
The Rooted Summer is a simple community challenge designed to help you stay connected to your practice...and to yourself.


Research continues to show that movement, mindfulness, breathwork, and community support help regulate stress, improve mood, support energy levels, and strengthen emotional resilience year-round.
And while summer often feels lighter externally, many people experience:
Your practice can become your anchor.
Even one class can shift your nervous system, energy, and state of mind.
Practice between June 1 – August 31 and earn entries into our end-of summer giveaway.
Between June 1st and August 31st practice 30 classes and earn 1 entry to win a 10-yoga class card.
Practice 40 classes and you'll earn 2 entries to win 1 month of unlimited yoga.
Practice 55+ classes and earn 3 entries to win 3 months of unlimited yoga.
